Job Requirements
- High school diploma or comparable degree
- Availability to work a minimum of 15 hours weekly
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and overtime
- Ability to complete prospect tours and follow-ups
- Capability to manage marketing duties and resident events
- Proficiency in social media content creation and posting
- Capacity to perform on-call and overnight duties
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to maintain body equilibrium and perform physical movements required
- Must be able to drive to client locations as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or comparable degree
- Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings or groups
- Strong communication skills including effective writing and speaking
- Active listening and feedback skills
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities efficiently
- Competency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience creating marketing content using Canva
- Integrity in all interactions and respect for company principles
Job Duties
- Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week as determined by the Community Manager
- Commit to working full shifts of at least 3 hours on-site
- Be flexible to work additional hours including evenings, weekends and overtime as needed
- Assist with move-outs, turns, and move-ins that extend beyond normal part-time hours
- Complete all prospect tours of the community
- Follow up with assigned prospects in a timely manner
- Plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and resident events
- Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community
- Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community
- Curate content for social media and marketing materials
- Post to social media as directed by the Community Manager
- Create marketing materials using Canva
- Perform evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties
- Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community
- Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed
- Complete special projects as assigned by the Community Manager
- Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces policies and procedures
- Ensure product presentation meets brand and company standards
