Job Requirements

  • College degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of hospitality experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • High level of responsibility and integrity
  • Passion for building community
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • College graduate preferred but not required
  • Minimum 1 year hospitality experience
  • Customer service or sales experience is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and multitasking abilities
  • Demonstrated integrity, dependability, and accountability

  • Proficient in basic computer skills

Job Duties

  • Cover the front desk during business hours and act as on-site point of contact
  • Greet members and guests warmly and ensure guest policy compliance
  • Learn member and guest names to build relationships and foster community
  • Anticipate member and guest needs to personalize experiences
  • Keep front desk organized and manage food delivery notifications
  • Provide feedback on programming and support event promotion
  • Manage mailroom operations including sorting and organizing mail
  • Track, audit, and manage keys and keycards
  • Ensure building-specific operational requirements are met for events
  • Communicate building policies and updates to members
