Job Requirements
- Must be enrolled at a local university and in good academic standing
- Must be available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
- Must live onsite unless an exception is granted by a Director of Operations or Senior Director of Operations
- Must commit to working mandatory move-in and move-out dates including turns
- Ability to respond promptly to after-hours emergencies as part of an on-call schedule
- Ability to work cooperatively with property management team

- Basic computer proficiency including experience with office software

Job Duties
- Performs administrative tasks for the leasing office including copying documents, filing resident files, preparing notices, handling resident calls, organizing rent payments and other collateral materials
- Assists with sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals by conducting virtual tours, responding to online inquiries, greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting property tours, and showing apartments
- Assists with lease preparation by generating lease paperwork and organizing resident lease files
- Supports move-in and move-out processes and commits to mandatory work dates including turns
- Answers incoming calls and sets appointments for property tours
- Performs on-campus marketing outreach to generate community awareness and qualified traffic
- Coordinates resident functions including parties, birthday cards, unit visits, and other programs to enhance resident satisfaction
- Schedules and conducts resident visits and distributes notices such as flyers, newsletters, resident surveys, and late notices
- Acts as an after-hours liaison for residents, working on-call shifts and responding to emergencies
- Responds quickly and courteously to resident concerns and takes prompt action to resolve issues or refer requests
- Assists with other duties as assigned.
