Job Requirements

  • must be enrolled at a local university
  • must be in good academic standing
  • ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
  • must live onsite unless an exception is granted by operations leadership
  • must work mandatory move-in and move-out dates
  • ability to work on-call shifts
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to handle resident concerns promptly and courteously
  • no restrictions on working evenings and weekends as required

Job Duties

  • perform administrative tasks for the leasing office including copying documents, filing resident files, preparing notices, handling resident calls, and organizing rent payments
  • assist with sales and leasing activities by conducting virtual tours, responding to online inquiries, greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting property tours, and showing apartments
  • assist with lease preparation by generating lease paperwork and organizing resident lease files
  • assist with move-in and move-out process for residents including working mandatory move-in and move-out dates
  • answer incoming calls and set appointments for prospects
  • perform on-campus marketing outreach to generate community awareness and qualified traffic
  • assist with coordinating resident functions such as parties, birthday cards, unit visits, and other programs
  • schedule and conduct resident visits as directed and distribute notices
  • act as an after-hours liaison on a mandatory on-call schedule responding to emergencies
  • respond quickly to resident concerns and take action to solve problems and document requests
