Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years post-high school education
- 3-5 years experience in restaurant or foodservice management with direct P&L responsibility
- Experience with multi-restaurant foodservice purchasing
- Culinary production background preferred
- High level of computer literacy including MS Office proficiency
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact at all organizational levels
- Analytical skills for business operations improvement
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years post-high school education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years in restaurant or foodservice management with direct P&L responsibility
- Multi-restaurant foodservice purchasing experience
- Culinary production background preferred
- High level of computer literacy including proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to interact at all levels including executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members
- Strong analytical skills capable of conducting gap analysis to improve business operations and satisfaction levels
Job Duties
- Manage all commissary activities including purchasing, high-volume food production, delivery logistics, and storage processes to ensure industry-leading food quality and safety
- Ensure food quality and standards are met in compliance with company, restaurant partner and food safety specifications
- Optimize food and labor costs to maximize profitability
- Oversee accurate and timely delivery of production items and ingredients to various restaurants within the airport
- Work directly with vendors to ensure purchases meet company and restaurant partners specifications and manage service contractors
- Handle office management tasks such as inventory, scheduling, and adherence to health and food safety regulations and standards
- Address routine issues and escalate complex problems to higher management as necessary
