Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred
- cash handling experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- completion of Food Handling Certification
- compliance with company dress code and PPE usage
- physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to required weights
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- experience handling cash is a plus
- barista experience is advantageous but not required
- basic arithmetic and counting skills
- ability to work independently with limited supervision
- proficiency in English reading and communication
- ability to follow recipes accurately
- completion of Food Handling Certification
- adherence to specified attire guidelines
- capable of meeting physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking and standing
Job Duties
- Utilize register/POS system for transactions including cash and credit card payments with accuracy
- acknowledge and assist patrons to create a positive customer experience
- prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to brand standards
- prepare and serve food items following establishment guidelines
- organize and manage cash drawer, complete cashier slips, and handle deposits
- maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee bar, workstations, and retail spaces
- regularly sanitize equipment to uphold hygiene and safety standards
