Job Duties

  • Fulfill opening and closing tasks such as organizing provisions and necessary instruments
  • clean all equipment and areas
  • lock doors securely
  • organize, stock, and maintain work areas
  • enter orders into the MICROS system and handle customer payments
  • take orders and prepare food and coffee
  • ensure appliances like coffee machines are switched on and off at appropriate times
  • clean tables and mobile coffee stations
  • maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, work areas, tables, and equipment throughout the day
  • manage cash register float
  • balance cash drawer at end of shift
  • complete designated cashier reports and resolve discrepancies
  • deliver receipts and secure the cash register
  • comply with company safety policies and procedures
  • report maintenance, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
  • complete required safety training and certifications
  • maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance
  • protect company information and assets
  • support coworkers and treat all colleagues with dignity and respect
  • assist the team to achieve common goals
  • meet quality assurance standards
  • move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects under 25 pounds without assistance
  • stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • visually inspect information in multiple formats
  • manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
  • reach above head and below knees, including bending, twisting, dragging, and stooping
  • navigate narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
  • climb stairs and service ramps
  • greet and recognize all guests according to company standards
  • communicate clearly and professionally
  • answer phone calls using proper etiquette
  • perform other reasonable duties assigned by supervisors
