Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as a cocktail server or similar capacity preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and menu items
- Ability to stand and walk around for extended periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
- Availability to work evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly answer questions and make menu recommendations
- Record input and close guests' orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure guests receive their orders in a timely manner and address any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and dining area
- Complete opening and closing duties including cleaning and restocking
- Follow all food and beverage safety and timing standards
- Contribute to a positive and professional team environment
- Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional guest service and upholding The Breakers culture
