Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a server or in a similar role
- One year bartender/server experience in a luxury setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

Job Duties
- Take and fulfill guest beverage requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Address and resolve all customer problems in an efficient and effective manner
- Responsible for maintaining high product knowledge
- Bus tables as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of all Polo Lounge and surrounding areas
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Ensure tips are reported correctly for tax processing
- Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customers' excessive drinking by taking steps such as discontinuing alcohol service and notifying management of potential problems
- Ensure compliance with state and federal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages
