Portfolio and Management Contracts

• Hotel Savoy Kansas City: In January 2025, Avion was awarded the management of the newly rebranded Hotel Savoy Kansas City, now part of Hilton’s Tapestry Collection. The transformation blends the building’s historic legacy with modern offerings, aiming to elevate the experience that merges Kansas City’s vibrant culture with world-class hospitality.
• Hyatt Hotels in Charleston: In November 2024, Avion assumed management of two Hyatt Hotels in Charleston on King Street—the 113-room Hyatt House Charleston Historic District and the 191-room Hyatt Place Charleston Historic District. These hotels were acquired by Highline Hospitality Partners, with a planned investment to shift one property to a boutique Hyatt brand.
• Windsor Court Hotel New Orleans: In March 2024, Avion Hospitality was appointed to manage the iconic 314-room Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans, renowned for its timeless elegance and unparalleled service.
• Hyatt Regency Tulsa: In December 2022, Avion Hospitality was awarded the management contract for the 444-room Hyatt Regency Tulsa, located in downtown Tulsa’s business and entertainment region.
