Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or education equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to interact with mobile devices and touchscreen technology
- Previous experience using smartphones and/or tablet applications strongly preferred
- Demonstrates commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct

Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly service of drinks ordered
- Properly input each order into the POS system
- Comply with all department rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and internal controls as well as all local, state, and federal rules and regulations regarding liquor service
- Comply with S.M.A.R.T. or I.P.S. training
- Prepare set-ups and properly garnish drinks
- Retrieve used glasses
- Responsible for proper balance of server bank where applicable
- Attend periodic meetings and training sessions
- Promote positive public and employee relations
- Present oneself in a neat and clean appearance at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
