Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume, upscale or fine-dining restaurants
  • cocktail service or hosting experience preferred
  • polished, confident, and guest-focused demeanor
  • strong communication and multitasking skills
  • ability to remain poised and professional in a fast-paced, luxury environment
  • knowledge of spirits, cocktails, or wine is a strong advantage
  • flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • must meet age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages in Nevada

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Deliver gracious, detail-oriented beverage service with a focus on craft cocktails, premium spirits, and wine
  • engage guests with confidence and warmth, recommending selections that enhance their dining experience
  • ensure accuracy in service steps, timing, and presentation while maintaining fine-dining standards
  • maintain deep menu knowledge-beverages, spirits, seasonal offerings, and signature items
  • support bar operations through consistent communication, organization, and teamwork
  • manage a polished presence on the floor, anticipating guest needs and providing seamless service
  • serve as the first point of contact, greeting every guest with genuine warmth and professionalism
  • manage reservations, seating charts, and guest flow in partnership with the floor and management teams
  • coordinate with service and management teams to ensure timely table turns and exceptional guest experiences
  • assist in handling VIPs, special requests, and elevated guest touchpoints
  • maintain an organized, polished podium and lobby environment that reflects CUT's luxury standards
