Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Experience with customer service in a hospitality environment
- Previous experience serving alcoholic beverages preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Must be able to move quickly, stand, bend, and lift for periods of up to 4 hours
- Ability to carry large, heavy trays
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain professionalism with both co-workers and museum guests
- Possess strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills

Job Duties
- Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Accurately take drink and food orders, relay them to the bar or kitchen, and deliver them efficiently to guests
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the beverage menu, including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic offerings, to provide recommendations and answer guest inquiries
- Regularly clean tables, serving areas, and surrounding spaces to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment for guests
- Assist in moving and arranging furniture to accommodate guest needs, including setting up and breaking down areas for special events or changes in guest volume
- Follow all safety, health, and alcohol service regulations, including verifying guest age and practicing responsible alcohol service
- Proactively suggest food and beverage pairings and promote special offerings to enhance guest experiences and maximize sales
- Accurately handle guest payments, including cash and card transactions, and reconcile receipts at the end of each shift
- Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Complete all assigned opening and closing duties as required
- Perform additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by Management
