Job Requirements
- Registered Dietitian credentials
- One year of experience in senior living preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work well with physicians, nursing and ancillary staff
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Master’s degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by ACEND
- Meets eligibility requirements for RD/RDN by CDR and will become registered within 120 days of hire
- Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice
- Minimum management experience of 2 years
- Minimum functional experience of 3 years in health care including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities, long-term care, retirement homes, or clinics plus registered dietitian

Job Duties
- Provide compassionate care to skilled nursing and/or rehab residents
- Consistently meet DOH/state/federal and company standards
- Serve as an active member of the interdisciplinary team, working closely with nursing and medical staff and attending care conferences as assigned
- Perform quality improvement initiatives such as test trays, food service audits, and meal rounds
- Oversee 12 FTEs
- Provide support to assisted living as needed
