Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- previous clinical experience preferred
- demonstrated skills in clinical assessment and EMR systems
- previous marketing or sales experience preferred
- formal sales training preferred
- bachelor's degree
- clinical licensure as RN, PT, OT, SLP, or MSW

Job Duties
- Builds and maintains referral relationships to drive appropriate admissions to the hospital
- assist and coordinate the intake and pre-admission screening process
- perform on-site clinical judgment to determine the appropriateness of the patient for admission
- communicates rehabilitation and facility options to patients and families
- secures information relating to patients' resources and benefits
- functions as initial contact for external case management and discharge planner personnel with payors and hospital facilities
