Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of financial services experience

  • ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • experience with CRM and portfolio reporting systems (e.g., Black Diamond, Advisor Engine) preferred
  • experience supporting financial advisors or wealth management teams preferred

Job Duties

  • Support advisors with client relationship management and service requests
  • open and maintain client accounts
  • process transfers, wires, journals, and money movements
  • prepare reports and meeting materials for client review meetings
  • maintain CRM records and ensure accurate client documentation
  • monitor client activity and follow up on outstanding items
  • coordinate and schedule client meetings and communications
  • reconcile daily downloads and maintain reporting systems (e.g., Black Diamond)
  • assist with portfolio maintenance and data accuracy
  • collaborate with team members to improve workflows and operational processes
  • maintain and update procedures and operational documentation
  • serve as a professional liaison between advisors and clients
