Job Requirements

  • Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
  • Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Basic English language and professional communication skills
  • Able to independently lift up to 15lbs for extended periods
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs throughout the shift
  • Must be able to walk and/or stand for 8-10 hours per day
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Reaching, bending, twisting, stooping
  • Pushing and pulling
  • Lifting overhead
  • Must be able to climb stairs in restaurants with multiple levels

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish room, dish machine, and storage areas
  • Assist with cleaning other restaurant areas
  • Put away orders
  • Cook chicken and perform basic food preparation as requested
  • Work as part of a team to exceed guests' expectations
  • Ensure food and beverages are served on clean and sparkling china
