Our company is a well-established regional dry van carrier specializing in freight transportation across Texas, Oklahoma, the Southeast, the Midwest, and the Northeast regions of the United States. Job Requirements
- Hold a valid Class A CDL license
- Have one full year of Class A OTR or regional experience within last three years or two full years within last five years
- Maintain no more than two moving violations or preventable accidents in past three years
- No DOT recordable preventable accident in last five years
- Never failed or refused a DOT drug test
- No safety-related terminations from last job
- Limited job changes in past years (max two jobs in last 12 months, max four in last three years)
- DUI in personal vehicle older than eight years and only once
- Ability to accommodate truck and trailer parking at home
- Comply with pet and rider policies
Job Qualifications
- Possess a valid Class A CDL from current state of residence
- Have minimum one full year of Class A over-the-road or regional driving experience within the last three years or two full years within the last five years
- Exhibit a clean driving record with no more than two moving violations or preventable accidents in the past three years
- Demonstrate strong adherence to safety policies and DOT regulatory compliance
- Have stable work history with no more than two jobs in the last 12 months and no more than four jobs in the past three years
- Ability to complete required online orientation training
- Effectively communicate in English for operational purposes
Job Duties
- Operate a Class A commercial vehicle to transport dry van freight regionally across designated states
- Adhere to all safety regulations and DOT compliance standards to ensure safe and lawful operation
- Complete deliveries with 100 percent no-touch freight handling and perform drop-and-hook operations as required
- Plan routes and manage schedules to meet delivery deadlines and maximize mileage bonuses
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation including hours of service, vehicle inspections, and delivery confirmations
- Participate in online and in-person orientation and training programs
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to report any delays, issues, or special requirements
