Job Requirements
- Must have a Class A CDL from your current state of residence
- Drivers must have one full year of Class A OTR or regional experience in the last three years or two full years in the last five years
- Drivers may not have more than two jobs in the last 12 months and no more than 4 jobs in the last 3 years
- Must not have been terminated from last job for safety reasons
- No more than two moving violations, citations, or preventable accidents in the last three years
- No DOT recordable preventable accident in the last five years
- Must never have failed or refused a DOT drug test
- DUI in personal vehicle must be at least 8 years old and no more than one lifetime, and never in a commercial motor vehicle
Job Qualifications
- Must have a Class A CDL from current state of residence
- One full year of Class A OTR or regional driving experience within the last three years or two full years within the last five years
- No more than two moving violations, citations, or preventable accidents in the past three years
- No DOT recordable preventable accidents in the last five years
- No DUI in a commercial vehicle
- Compliance with all DOT drug testing requirements
- Experience driving dry van freight preferred
- Ability to handle routes averaging 2150-2800 miles per week
Job Duties
- Operate regional dry van routes covering Texas, Oklahoma, the Southeast, the Midwest and the Northeast
- Ensure 100% no-touch freight handling and 65% drop and hook freight execution
- Maintain compliance with all DOT safety regulations and company policies
- Manage timely and efficient delivery of freight, with occasional deliveries to NYC and Long Island for additional pay
- Complete required online orientation training to qualify for paid orientation
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for mileage, deliveries and compliance
- Collaborate with dispatch and management to optimize route efficiency and customer satisfaction
