Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent degree
- One year of tractor trailer driving experience preferred
- Ability to read and speak English proficiently
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- Must be insurable to operate a commercial vehicle
- Ability to operate a tractor-trailer unit safely in diverse conditions
- Willingness to work overnight, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and maneuvering heavy carts
- Adherence to safety and food handling protocols
- Regular and predictable attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent degree
- Completion of tractor trailer driving school accepted
- Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficiently
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and hazmat guidelines
- Skill in long-distance driving and customer communication
- Ability to handle hazardous materials and operate related equipment
- Basic math skills
- Ability to plan and organize work independently
- Problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Safely transports product from warehouse to customer location according to assigned route
- Unloads product by hand or with hand cart in various conditions
- Picks up, loads, and unloads damaged goods and customer returns
- Completes all paperwork including DOT logs, inspections, and invoices accurately
- Maintains food safety protocols and sanitary conditions in vehicle and warehouse
- Communicates with management regarding route deviations and product issues
- Works assigned schedule including overnight, weekends, and holidays
