Job Requirements
- Hold a valid CDL A license
- Minimum 12 months of CDL A truck driving experience
- Be 21 years or older
- Complete securement training programs as required
- Meet federal, state, and local employment laws regarding criminal history
- Ability to work full-time
- Able to operate flatbed tractor-trailers

- Minimum 12 months of CDL A flatbed driving experience
- Ability to operate flatbed trucks safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of cargo securement procedures
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to pass required background checks and drug screenings
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Operate flatbed trucks safely and efficiently in compliance with DOT regulations
- Secure and inspect loads using proper securement techniques
- Manage delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival and customer satisfaction
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety and compliance
- Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines at all times
- Maintain accurate records of driving hours, routes, and cargo
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to resolve issues and update delivery status
