Job Requirements
- at least 3 months verifiable Class A driving experience not including training in the last 2 years or 2 years in the last 5 years
- no more than 2 moving violations in the last year and no more than 3 in the last 3 years
- no major moving violations in the last 3 years
- no DOT preventable accidents causing injury in the last 3 years
- no more than one DOT accident with vehicle tow in one year and a maximum of 3 incidents total
- no history of failed DOT drug or alcohol tests
Job Qualifications
- valid Class A commercial driver's license
- at least 3 months verifiable Class A driving experience excluding training
- ability to operate regional delivery routes
- knowledge of DOT safety regulations
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- clean driving record with minimal violations
Job Duties
- place boxes on conveyor belt for store delivery
- operate truck safely and efficiently on regional routes
- comply with all DOT and company safety regulations
- perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- maintain accurate delivery and mileage records
- communicate effectively with dispatch and store personnel
- adhere to scheduled delivery times
