Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, including nights, weekends, and emergencies
- Ability to successfully perform all job duties in the restaurant
- Ability to lead a team during a shift with no supervision
- Employment contingent upon satisfactory background check
- Ability to work with phones and computers
- Non-exempt, hourly position
- Bilingual in certain markets.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant operations or leadership preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and motivate team members
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Customer service experience
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Bilingual skills in certain markets preferred.
Job Duties
- Demonstrate exemplary operations skills in all aspects of the restaurant including making quality products for our guests and ensuring each product meets CiCi's standards and reflects the guest's order
- Professionally and promptly respond to all guest concerns or issues
- Solicit guest feedback, share feedback with team, and use feedback to improve operations and build brand loyalty
- Communicate, train and promote quality standards to team members using the CiCi's Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook
- Supervise a restaurant team, maintain adequate shift staffing levels according to projected sales, and properly train team members to exceed guest expectations
- Ensure compliance with uniform and appearance standards and coach team members for improved performance
- Contribute to sales goals by providing prompt and friendly guest service
- Build sales through team member product training and sales execution
- Contribute to profit goals by effectively utilizing the POS and other systems and execute cash management duties
- Assist in managing inventory levels to minimize waste and loss
- Manage company assets by ensuring the restaurant is clean, safe, and organized
- Comply with safety and security standards at all times
- Lead a team independently during shifts and manage various restaurant operations.
