Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, including nights, weekends, and emergencies
  • Ability to successfully perform all job duties in the restaurant
  • Ability to lead a team during a shift with no supervision
  • Employment contingent upon satisfactory background check
  • Ability to work with phones and computers
  • Non-exempt, hourly position
  • Bilingual in certain markets.

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant operations or leadership preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and motivate team members
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team
  • Bilingual skills in certain markets preferred.

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate exemplary operations skills in all aspects of the restaurant including making quality products for our guests and ensuring each product meets CiCi's standards and reflects the guest's order
  • Professionally and promptly respond to all guest concerns or issues
  • Solicit guest feedback, share feedback with team, and use feedback to improve operations and build brand loyalty
  • Communicate, train and promote quality standards to team members using the CiCi's Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook
  • Supervise a restaurant team, maintain adequate shift staffing levels according to projected sales, and properly train team members to exceed guest expectations
  • Ensure compliance with uniform and appearance standards and coach team members for improved performance
  • Contribute to sales goals by providing prompt and friendly guest service
  • Build sales through team member product training and sales execution
  • Contribute to profit goals by effectively utilizing the POS and other systems and execute cash management duties
  • Assist in managing inventory levels to minimize waste and loss
  • Manage company assets by ensuring the restaurant is clean, safe, and organized
  • Comply with safety and security standards at all times
  • Lead a team independently during shifts and manage various restaurant operations.
