Job Requirements
- Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs
- Stand for long periods of time
- Work at a quick pace
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow traditional grilling methods

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in grilling or churrasco cooking preferred
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian cuisine and gaucho culture an asset
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook special cuts of beef and other meats according to traditional Brazilian churrasco recipes
- Season and grill food according to prescribed traditional methods and guests' specific requests
- Portion, garnish and present meats in the style of Brazilian gaucho
- Answer guests' questions concerning churrasco-style food and represent Brazilian gaucho culture and demeanor
- Maintain cleanliness of the grill area
- Complete beginning and closing shift duties
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
