Job Requirements
- No formal education required
- Prior childcare experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with children and parents
- Ability to maintain a safe and engaging environment
- Willingness to work part-time hours
- Ability to follow guidelines and procedures
- Ability to work in Wilmington, NC or surrounding areas
Job Qualifications
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications preferred
- Childcare experience is preferred
Job Duties
- Greet members in a friendly and professional manner upon entering the Kids Club area
- Ascertain that all appropriate forms are completed by parent/guardian
- Monitor the parents to ensure they sign in and out for their children without exceeding the 2-hour Kids Club time limit
- Follow proper guest procedures when non-members visit the club
- Monitor for the safety and well-being of each child
- Organize activities appropriate for the various ages to create a fun, engaging, and safe environment
- Supervise the use of toys and supplies and notify management of supply needs and repairs
- Maintain a clean, orderly area, picking up as needed, and sanitizing toys as instructed
- Maintain neat appearance and wear proper uniform attire while on duty
- Promote O2 services
- Other duties as assigned to support O2 Fitness's vision and mission
