Job Requirements

  • education equivalent to associate's degree or experience
  • progressive culinary or kitchen management experience
  • knowledge of catering and high volume foodservice operations
  • ability to use computer software including Microsoft Office and email
  • willingness to participate in client satisfaction programs
  • servsafe certification preferred

  • progressive culinary or kitchen management experience
  • catering experience
  • high volume, complex foodservice operations experience
  • institutional and batch cooking experience
  • comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends
  • proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office, Outlook, email, and the internet
  • servsafe certification highly desirable

Job Duties

  • assist the Executive Chef with managing cost controls and control expenditures for the account
  • assist the Executive Chef with planning and creating menus
  • produce and execute catering events
  • roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with company marketing and culinary team
  • supervise hourly associates and assist with ordering
  • maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation
  • participate in client satisfaction programs and activities
