Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED equivalent required
- Valid state issued driver's license
- Previous culinary experience required
- ServSafe certification required
- Committed to safety in all aspects of work
- Previous hospitality or resort industry experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry loads up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work on feet for up to 12 hours a day
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to hear normal conversations in a busy, crowded environment
- Vision must be within normal range
- Must have dexterity to use all equipment and utensils associated with the position

- Ability to adapt to guest requests and work in a dynamic environment
Job Duties
- Direct and help prepare, cook, and present meals to Powderbird guests daily
- Direct and help set up, restock, and break down dining area for meals, including refilling beverage coolers
- Aid in the creation and implementation of breakfast and lunch menus that enhances the unique experience of Powderbird
- Ordering and maintaining food stock levels, including making one-off purchases from local stores
- Cook employee meals as required
- Present buffet-style meals that cater towards the Powderbird guest experience
- Adapt and cater to specific requests
- Consistently deliver high quality meals daily
- Work with Manager and Heliport Steward to maintain kitchen cleanliness
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
