Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work a flexible and varying schedule based on special events and business demands
  • Must have a culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Must have at least five years of culinary experience with three or more years in a supervisory role
  • Must hold a Professional Food Manager Certification
  • Must be able to ideate and execute menu offerings at a high level

  • Culinary degree or Chef's Apprentice preferred
  • Five plus years of culinary experience with three plus years in a supervisory role or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Professional Food Manager Certification required
  • Proven ability to ideate, create and execute menu offerings at a high level

Job Duties

  • Supervise food preparation and execution of menu items ensuring food quality according to menu specifications
  • Lead development of new and seasonal menu items that align with venue theme and company brand
  • Partner with front of house leadership to uphold standards and ensure successful operation
  • Oversee daily cleanliness and safe food practices in assigned venue adhering to HACCP program
  • Manage culinary labor, cost of goods, spoilage, and variances according to forecasts and budget
  • Manage food product orders from Warehouse and Production Kitchen to meet cost targets and minimize waste
  • Coach and develop hourly and exempt team members ensuring proper training and policy adherence
  • Participate in Environmental, Health and Safety responsibilities following company policies and training
  • Perform other duties as assigned
