- ServSafe and/or HACCP certification
Job Duties
- Addressing customer service needs
- Helping to hire and train new staff
- Attending training sessions and meetings when required
- Assisting in the purchase of food and designing of menus
- Managing kitchen operations and food preparation
- Overseeing staff schedules and work assignments
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
