- Minimum of 3 years food service management experience
- Trained executive chef certification
- Proficiency with retail sales and POS systems
- Experience managing catering operations
- Strong communication and leadership abilities

- Comfortable using technology in food service operations
- Hospitality or culinary degree preferred

Job Duties
- Design and implement delicious and innovative menus
- Oversee all food service operations and ensure high-quality standards
- Manage purchasing, scheduling, employee personnel programs, and bookkeeping
- Lead team building initiatives including recruiting and retention programs
- Maintain impeccable communication with clients, guests, and team members
- Monitor food preparation, service, and sanitation practices to ensure compliance
