Job Requirements

  • Must be a trained executive chef
  • Minimum 3 years experience in food service management
  • Experience in contract dining environments such as hospital, school, college, senior living or corporate dining
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of retail sales and POS systems
  • Experience in catering management
  • Ability to plan and oversee purchasing and scheduling
  • Capability to manage bookkeeping and sanitation standards
  • Must have a professional and polished demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • Trained executive chef
  • 3+ years experience in a food service management role (front and back of house)
  • Knowledge of retail sales and POS systems
  • Catering management experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Restaurant management knowledge
  • Expertise in menu implementation and presentation
  • Ability to build and retain teams
  • Technology savvy
  • Hospitality or culinary degree is a strong plus

Job Duties

  • Design and implement delicious menus for clients and guests
  • Oversee food preparation, service, and sanitation standards
  • Manage employee scheduling, personnel programs, and recruitment
  • Maintain customer and client relations to ensure satisfaction
  • Oversee purchasing and inventory management
  • Monitor bookkeeping and operational results
  • Lead team building and staff retention efforts
