Job Requirements

  • 3 plus years in food service management role front and back
  • trained executive chef
  • knowledge of retail sales and POS systems
  • catering management experience
  • excellent communication skills
  • experience in restaurant management
  • strong understanding of menu implementation and presentation
  • ability to recruit and retain team members
  • proficient with technology
  • hospitality or culinary degree preferred

Job Duties

  • design and implement delicious menus for clients and guests
  • oversee food service operations in commercial kitchen and café settings
  • manage purchasing, scheduling, bookkeeping, and employee personnel programs
  • maintain high standards of food preparation, service, and sanitation
  • develop and sustain strong client and customer relationships
  • lead and build an effective, motivated food service team
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and overall operational excellence
