Job Duties
- design and implement delicious menus for clients and guests
- oversee food service operations in commercial kitchen and café settings
- manage purchasing, scheduling, bookkeeping, and employee personnel programs
- maintain high standards of food preparation, service, and sanitation
- develop and sustain strong client and customer relationships
- lead and build an effective, motivated food service team
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and overall operational excellence
