Job Requirements

  • Two years of chef experience
  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Two years of supervisory experience
  • Proficiency in basic math including multiplication, computing yields, and conversions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Duties

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and positive public relations through effective planning and organization
  • Implement and maintain quality standards in food service operations
  • Train and develop employees to maximize productivity and maintain high morale
  • Develop systems to measure and evaluate personnel compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Monitor employment processes including scheduling, timekeeping, wage structure, and benefits
  • Ensure compliance with health codes, food safety programs, and quality assurance standards
  • Follow company and account purchasing policies to optimize resources, menu planning, receiving, and storage
