Job Requirements

  • Certified executive chef training
  • Minimum three years of experience in food service management
  • Previous experience in hospital or contract dining environment
  • Proficiency with POS and kitchen management technology
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work in downtown Louisville location

Job Qualifications

  • Trained executive chef
  • Three plus years in a food service manager role
  • Experience in contract dining food service settings
  • Strong knowledge of menu implementation and presentation
  • Experience with retail sales and POS systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Hospitality or culinary degree a plus

Job Duties

  • Design, implement, and oversee menu cycles
  • Manage purchasing and inventory control
  • Lead employee recruitment, training, and retention programs
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Oversee daily food preparation and service operations
  • Manage scheduling and personnel programs
  • Handle customer and client relations and feedback
