Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years as Chef De Cuisine
  • Experience in fast-paced upscale restaurant
  • Ability to manage large dinner service
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to mentor others
  • Ability to stand for over ten hours
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Reliable and predictable attendance
  • Food Handlers Card or ServSafe Certification
  • College degree or culinary school preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years as Chef De Cuisine in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Experience managing upscale high-volume restaurant service
  • Ability to expedite an average of 350 covers during dinner
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
  • Ability to teach and mentor kitchen staff
  • Food Handlers Card or ServSafe Certification
  • College or culinary school degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Ordering and inventory management
  • Scheduling kitchen staff
  • Overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Adhering to COVID-19 sanitary guidelines
  • Completing tasks assigned by Chef or General Manager
  • Collaborating with Food & Beverage management team
  • Communicating with GM and Executive Chef regarding staff, training, and service issues
