Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a chef in upscale dining establishments
- Demonstrated ability to manage large kitchen teams of 20 or more staff
- Proficiency in food cost control and vendor relationship management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure consistent execution of all menu items
- Lead, mentor, and train kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards
- Manage food costs, inventory, and vendor relationships to optimize profitability
- Develop and implement SOPs, safety protocols, and quality control measures
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu planning, seasonal offerings, and special events
