Job Requirements
- Proven experience in fine dining environments with strong culinary skills in food production and presentation
- Supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting with team management responsibilities
- Extensive knowledge of food safety protocols dietary accommodations and inventory management techniques
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to motivate and guide staff effectively
- Background in banquet service catering or large-scale food service management is highly desirable
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Culinary training or certification from an accredited institution is preferred hands-on kitchen experience is essential

- Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality meals for large groups or special occasions
