Job Requirements

- Must be 18+ years old
- Food Handlers certification issued by an ANAB-CFP accredited food sanitation program within 90 days
Job Qualifications
- 0 - 1 year experience
- Must be 18+ years old
- Food Handlers certification issued by an ANAB-CFP accredited food sanitation program within 90 days
- Vocational school technical training or associate degree in food service preferred
- 1 - 3 years experience preferred
- Working knowledge of basic Microsoft applications preferred
- Food Protection Manager certification or Certified Food Protection Manager certificate within 90 days preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items to specified temperatures following standardized recipes
- Weigh and measure ingredients per standardized recipes
- Assemble meals and bakery items within designated time frames
- Complete daily preparation tasks accurately
- Assist with special events
- Prepare texturized diets using IDDSI standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Supervise kitchen staff and manage daily operations in supervisor's absence
- Effectively communicate resident and guest feedback on meal and service quality
