Relevant culinary training or certification
minimum of 2 years culinary experience especially in whole foods or health-focused cooking
ability to adhere to ingredient restrictions and dietary guidelines
experience sourcing fresh and high-quality ingredients
proficiency in meal preparation from scratch
ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
flexibility to commit to a short-term initial contract with possibility for extension
