Job Requirements

  • Several years of experience working in a professional kitchen
  • Proven track record of managing kitchen staff successfully
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Physical stamina to work long shifts
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • As the chef, you’ll take complete responsibility for every plate that gets served and the overall direction of the menu
  • You’ll be expected to innovate and iterate on the menu to provide creative, quality food while meeting profit goals
  • You will be responsible for hiring and supervising the kitchen staff and coaching employees on consistency, technique and skills
