Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to work
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Alzheimer’s or dementia experience a plus
Job Qualifications
- Certified nursing assistant (CNA) or home health aide (HHA) certification
- Experience working with seniors preferred
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of personal care and safety protocols
Job Duties
- Provide companionship and non-medical support to seniors in their homes
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers
- Administer medication reminders
- Complete light housekeeping and meal preparation duties
- Perform grocery shopping and provide transportation to errands and doctor appointments
