Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work within the United States
- Reliable transportation to work is required
- A valid driver's license is preferred
- Self-directed, with the ability to work independently
- Ability to pass the Florida AHCA/FL Clearinghouse Level 2 background screening
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Certified nursing assistant (CNA) or home health aide (HHA) certification
- Prior experience in senior or home care preferred
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Alzheimer's/dementia care is a plus
- Ability to work independently and reliably
Job Duties
- Offer both companionship and non-medical support to seniors in their own homes
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers
- Provide medication reminders
- Complete light housekeeping duties and meal preparation duties
- Perform grocery shopping and provide client with transportation to errands and doctor's appointments
