Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation is required
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia patients is a plus
- Must pass Level 2 background screening as mandated by Florida law
Job Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- Experience in senior care or home health assistance preferred
- Ability to work independently and self-direct tasks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Patient and compassionate demeanor
Job Duties
- Offer companionship and non-medical support to seniors in their own homes
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers
- Provide medication reminders
- Complete light housekeeping duties and meal preparation duties
- Perform grocery shopping and provide transportation to errands and doctor's appointments
