Job Requirements
- Lift and carry moderately heavy loads
- Bend, kneel, reach, squat, push and pull
- Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency standards
- Stand for a maximum of 3 hours
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals

Job Qualifications
- 0+ years of experience typically requires 0-2 years experience
- No prior experience or training required
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Speak clearly and concisely
- Willingly adapt to shifting or competing priorities
- Stay focused despite interruptions
- Remain calm and reasonable in intense or stressful situations
- Follow accepted guidelines, rules, and procedures in actions
- Good customer service skills
- Complete all necessary training courses/models
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Package customer purchases in the correct and efficient manner
- Assist customers in carrying out their purchases
- Assist customers with product questions
- Engage customers in discussion about taste profile, complimentary items/side dishes, suggested preparation techniques
- Return merchandise to shelves as required
- Provide fast, efficient, friendly service with a smile
- Provide direction to customer service associates in the parking lot
- Keep baskets off the lot by nesting them in corrals and bringing them to the front
- Ensure ample baskets at entrances
- Assist customers in unloading merchandise to their vehicle
- Ensure Sani-Wipes are available for customers
- Communicate parking lot issues to Service Manager and Director
- Ensure carts and infant seats are clean and sanitary
- Ensure electric carts are charged and functioning
- Provide water
- Walk parking lot searching for abandoned shopping carts
- Involve others when necessary to address customer needs
