Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid CDL with air brake and passenger endorsements
- Pass pre-employment drug test
- Pass DOT physical examination
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to navigate service routes effectively
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to maintain consistent attendance
- Commitment to safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical
- Must have a CDL with air brake endorsement and passenger endorsement
- Possess excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to navigate service area using maps and knowledge of area
- Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate professional demeanor and appearance
- Maintain strong attendance record and follow company safety and operational procedures
Job Duties
- On-time passenger pick-up and delivery
- Provide safe, reliable, and efficient transportation
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness and safety at start and end of shifts
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Communicate with dispatch via two-way radio
- Provide excellent customer service including assisting passengers and handling emergencies
- Employ defensive driving techniques to minimize risk
- Focus on safety to reduce injury risk to self and others
