Job Requirements
- Must have a CDL license with air brake endorsement
- high school diploma preferred or 10 plus years of experience
- able to understand, read, communicate, and write in English
- must be reliable, presentable and professional
- able to work as a team player
- able to work closely with customers in a fast-paced environment
- computer knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must have basic math skills
- subject to criminal history background check and drug testing per US Customs & Border Protection Access and DOT regulations

Job Duties
- Communicate effectively with team members
- maintain good relations with customers
- work in a safe manner to prevent accidents to self and coworkers
- comply with all HACCP/GMP and dnata catering sanitation and proper food handling policies and procedures
- comply with federal, state and/or Company requirements to secure and maintain any special licenses
- effectively communicate between Dispatch, Flight Administrators, CDL-Drivers, and management
- prepare correct paperwork according to company guidelines
- ensure correct invoicing of all delivered articles per flight
- ensure arrival at airport is punctual while keeping safety a priority, avoid delays and lapses
- ensure hygiene, quality and safety standards are fulfilled
- ensure vehicle fueling procedures are adhered to according to company policy
- conduct pre-trip inspection requirements
- identify problematic areas and inform shift Supervisor and Management of any issues
- comply with all related training for this role
- perform other tasks assigned by Management according to business requirements
