Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 10 plus years of relevant experience
  • Valid CDL license with air brake endorsement
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must pass criminal history background check and drug testing as per US Customs & Border Protection Access and DOT regulations
  • Able to understand, read, communicate, and write in English
  • Must be reliable, presentable, and professional
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced catering environment
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work in varying weather conditions including extreme heat and cold
  • Ability to wear earplugs in loud ramp environments

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma preferred or 10 plus years of experience
  • Able to understand, read, communicate, and write in English
  • Must be reliable, presentable, and professional
  • Must be a team player
  • Able to work closely with customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer knowledge of Microsoft programs including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Must have a CDL license with air brake endorsement
  • Ability to perform basic math skills

Job Duties

  • Communicate effectively with team members
  • Maintain good relations with customers
  • Work in a safe manner to prevent accidents to self and coworkers
  • Comply with all HACCP/GMP and dnata catering sanitation and proper food handling policies and procedures
  • Comply with federal, state and/or company requirements to secure and maintain any special licenses
  • Effectively communicate between dispatch, flight administrators, CDL drivers, and management
  • Prepare correct paperwork according to company guidelines
  • Ensure correct invoicing of all delivered articles per flight
  • Ensure punctual arrival at airport while prioritizing safety
  • Ensure hygiene, quality, and safety standards are fulfilled
  • Ensure vehicle fueling and associated procedures are adhered to according to company policy
  • Conduct pre-trip inspection requirements
  • Identify problematic areas and inform shift supervisor and management of any issues
  • Comply with all related training for this role
  • Other tasks as assigned by management according to business requirements
