The position offered is an entry-level Driver Trainee role that offers a unique opportunity to embark on a career in the transportation and logistics industry. This role involves learning to drive and gaining experience operating tractor trailers or straight trucks for intrastate and interstate deliveries. Drivers will be assigned local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, or overnight routes to ensure timely delivery and unloading of various food products to customers. In this position, candidates will be trained extensively in compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company policies to ensure all deliveries are conducted safely and efficiently.

The Driver Trainee position features a four-night workweek with dispatch hours scheduled from 8:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., helping support a work-life balance. Candidates can expect a weekly minimum pay guarantee of $1,450, which translates to an annual range of approximately $80,000 to $90,000. Additionally, there is a referral bonus program offering $2,500 to active employees under applicable terms and conditions.
