Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement
- service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills
- ability to work independently and efficiently
- ability to work in various weather conditions
- ability to effectively interact with customers
- ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day weighing up to 45 lbs
- ability to climb in and out of commercial vehicles frequently
- ability to work an average 45-hour week or more
- ability to alternate sitting, standing, pushing, pulling, and walking all day
- ability to obtain a DOT medical card
- must possess a clean driving record
- must be 21 years of age or older
- clean driving record requirements including no major offenses or disqualifying violations in last 3 years

Job Duties
- Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner
- follow defined safe work practices
- complete DOT required documentation daily
- adhere to safety policies including prohibition on electronic device use while driving
- report any on-the-job incidents or changes in driving status
- be courteous, outgoing, and maintain a professional image
- meet each customer's individual preferences by delivering correct products on schedule
- maintain delivery and account information including cash and receipts
- find opportunities to maximize efficiencies and bring solutions to leadership
- support team decisions and assist others as needed
- provide professional water dispenser cleaning services adhering to quality standards
- adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines
- upsell additional products and services
- achieve monthly customer acquisition goals
