Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years old
  • valid Class A CDL
  • at least 1 month (30 days) of commercial driving experience
  • acceptable driving record
  • able to perform the essential functions of the job (with or without reasonable accommodations)
  • meet all DOT qualifications
  • pass a DOT physical, including a DOT drug screen and company hair follicle testing
  • acceptable references from past employers

Job Qualifications

  • Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL-A)
  • minimum of 30 days commercial driving experience
  • acceptable driving record
  • ability to perform essential job functions
  • knowledge of federal and state transportation regulations
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Operate commercial tractor-trailers safely and efficiently
  • adhere to all federal, state, and local transportation regulations
  • perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers
  • maintain accurate logs and records
  • execute assigned routes including dedicated, OTR, and regional
  • participate in training programs to enhance driving skills
